Plumbing, gas and heating can involve different regulated tasks and qualifications. Flooring, cleaning, property maintenance and general renovation work may involve other requirements depending on what is actually done. A directory category cannot establish who is legally permitted to perform a particular task.
Check a credential with its issuing body
Ask the contractor which person will perform regulated work and what certificate, licence or registration applies. Use the regulator’s current public information or contact it directly to confirm the credential. 905 Trades does not verify every professional licence or certificate listed by a provider.

A permit decision can depend on the type and extent of construction, property and municipality.
