One call.
One vetted pro.
Across the 905.
Tell us the job and the town. One contractor, picked by name and held to a published standard, calls you within a business day and quotes on their own paper. You hire them directly. You never pay us.
The contractor pays us. Not you.
When a job we introduced gets done, the contractor pays 905 Trades a referral fee out of their own margin. Your quote is the contractor's normal quote. We publish this on every page because a referral you cannot see is a referral you should not trust.
905 Trades is paid a referral fee by the contractors it introduces. It does not change your price. You hire the contractor directly, on their quote and their contract.
What we send work for
Residential only. One vetted partner per trade, so you are never handed a list to sort through yourself.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered, vinyl plank and laminate, supplied and installed.
Flooring →Garage doors
Residential garage door replacement, repair and openers.
Garage doors →Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Truck-mounted steam cleaning for carpet, upholstery, rugs and tile.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning →Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishing and additions by a general contractor.
Renovations →What "vetted" means here
905 Trades does not take applications from businesses nobody here has met. Every partner starts as somebody the operator sought out by name, and no partner receives a single lead until all five of these are on file. The standard is published so you can hold us to it, and each partner's own page shows exactly where that business stands today.
What happens after you send a request
- You send one formThe job, the town, how to reach you. Two minutes. It gets a reference number like 905-260914-K7P2 that follows the job to the invoice.
- We match it to one partnerThe partner for that trade in that area gets your request the same day, with a copy to us so nothing is dropped.
- They call within a business dayThat is a condition of being on this site. They quote on their own paper and you sign with them, not with us.
- The job gets done, and we get paid by themWhen the work closes, the contractor pays us a referral fee. Your price was never touched.

Two examples, so you can see what a fair quote looks like before you get one: a typical garage door replacement in Hamilton runs $1,450 to $3,200 Hamilton Home Costs, garage door replacement, verified 25 Jul 2026, and 800 square feet of vinyl plank installed runs $4,400 to $8,000 Hamilton Home Costs, vinyl plank installation, verified 25 Jul 2026. Both are published estimator ranges for mid-range materials with HST excluded, not quotes.
Every service page here carries the matching range and the permit facts, each with its source beside it. When a partner's own price sheet is verified it is published on their page, dated.
