Ezee Mortgages

What happens in an introductory mortgage conversation

In an introductory mortgage conversation, outline your goal, decision timeline, property situation and questions without sending financial documents through the referral form. Ezra Jackman is identified by Ezee Mortgages as a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with Mortgage Architects and serves Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area. The agent and brokerage explain their own process. Review the details on Ezee Mortgages’ website.

What to include in the request

Prepare the questions you want answered and a short description of your goal, such as a purchase, renewal or change in circumstances. Do not send a social insurance number, identification, bank statement or tax document through this public form. The brokerage will explain its approved secure process if private documents are needed.

Prepare a short agenda

  • State the goal, such as a purchase, renewal or refinancing discussion, and when you need to make a decision.
  • Summarize the property situation and your main question without attaching private financial records.
  • Write down the points you want explained, including the agent’s role, the next steps and any disclosures.
  • Ask what information may be needed later and how to provide it through the brokerage’s process.

After the first discussion

Take time to review the agent’s explanation and ask follow-up questions before deciding whether to proceed. A conversation is not an approval, rate quote or commitment to borrow. See the Ezee Mortgages profile for the introduction details.

Request an introduction

Choose a professional or ask Trevor to review your request and arrange a suitable introduction.

It costs nothing to request an introduction. You contract directly with the business on its own quote and terms. Where a referral arrangement applies, the business pays 905 Trades the fee agreed with it. The Commercial Garage Doorman commercial handoff has no referral fee.
