Why does 905 Trades not handle commercial doors?
Because it is genuinely different work, not because we are being fussy about it. A house has one or two sectional doors on torsion springs. A warehouse has rolling steel curtains, dock levellers, high-cycle spring packages rated for hundreds of openings a day, and a building that loses money every hour a bay is shut.
The scheduling is different, the parts are different, and the paperwork is different: commercial work runs on purchase orders and planned maintenance agreements rather than a quote at a kitchen table. Sending a residential crew at it would serve nobody.

What counts as commercial?
The useful test is the building, not the door size. If it is a loading bay, a warehouse, a shop with a service entrance, a fire hall, a condo garage entrance or anything with a dock, that is commercial. If it is the door on the front of a house, including a triple garage on a big lot, that is residential and we can help.
Two cases sit in the middle and are worth a phone call rather than a guess: a home business with a shop attached, and a small industrial unit with a single overhead door. Either side can take those, and the phone number above reaches the people who can tell you which.
