Service request

How to request plumbing, gas or heating service

Name the fixture, appliance or heating equipment, describe the symptom and when it began, and say whether a leak is still active. Provide the property town and any safe-to-read equipment details. A web request is for an introduction and must not delay action on an immediate safety concern.

Describe the symptoms without opening equipment

Record what you can observe from a safe place: no heat, intermittent operation, a visible display message, a drip, a blocked fixture or a change in sound. Say whether the condition affects one fixture or more than one. Do not remove covers, touch wiring or alter gas equipment to find an answer.

Separate urgent action from a routine quote

905 Trades does not dispatch emergency crews. If you suspect immediate danger, leave the affected area and contact the appropriate utility or public safety authority using its current instructions. A request form is not monitored as an emergency line, and the operator may not see it immediately.

Choose the right profile and location

Jackman Mechanical publishes plumbing, gas and heating work across Toronto, Mississauga, North York, Markham and Ajax. Reborn Renos lists small plumbing repairs within its property maintenance service, subject to its own Hamilton and Niagara area coverage; it is not a general gas or heating provider in this directory. The operator checks location and scope before sharing a request.

Keep the request focused

Include the equipment type, the property type and whether access needs coordination. If you are asking about replacement or a larger project, mention the intended outcome and any assessment already completed. The contractor determines what to inspect, whether it can take the work and what it will quote.
